CANCELLATION POLICY

 

100% service charge for less than 24-hour cancellations or "No Showing" to a scheduled appointment. I apologize for any inconvenience this presents. Each service is structured with the appropriate time for every client.

 

 

ARRIVALS

 

I am located at 894 Meinecke Avenue in Suite “D”. Suite “D” is located up the stairs and to the right. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early and have a seat in the reception area and text me to let me know you have arrived (There is a sign on the reception desk with my phone number). Unfortunately, I cannot accept early arrivals for existing clients.

 

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

I cannot accommodate late arrivals after 15 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment. Also, your late arrival may limit my ability to offer the fullest possible experience. I value each client's time and cannot allow a clients’ late arrival to run into the schedule of my other clients.

 

 

NO GUESTS

 

Due to liability concerns and the nature of my services, I do not allow guests to accompany you during your service. Children, family, friends, and pets may be a safety hazard.

 

 

CLEAN LASHES

 

You MUST arrive with a very clean lash line, free of build up for EVERY APPT.This means routinely and adequately cleansing your lash line. Washing your lashes the day of will not remove layers of buildup that can accumulate from dead skin, oils, and makeup. In order to preserve the health of your natural lashes and to maintain the ability to perform the service (newly placed lashes will not correctly adhere to dirty lashes.) Cleansing your lashes everyday will prolong the life of your extensions and keep those fans open and fluffy!
 

Please Note: If you have been wearing mascara, I will not be able to fill your lashes until the build up has been entirely dissolved. Your lashes will not have adequate retention due to the oils contained in any mascara.

 

 

STANDARD VS EXTENDED FILLS

 

Fills are offered according to amount of time and are offered as Standard (1hr/2hrs) or Extended (1.5hrs/2.5hrs). Please choose the right amount of time for your lashes! Every natural lash line is different; some have more lashes, some
cycle faster, some are oily and struggle with retention. Please schedule the frequency of your fills and specific time needed according to your natural lashes so we can get you back to 100%!

 

 

SCHEDULING

 

All scheduling is done through the BOOK tab. It is advised to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability.
 

Please note: If you are booking lashes for a special event (Your wedding, prom, anything that would qualify as a special day for you), I require an appointment for a full set application 3 weeks prior. The is to ensure you have the PERFECT look for your event.

 

 

RETURNS OR REFUNDS

 

There are no refunds offered on any of my services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, contact me within 72 hours to book a one-time 30-minute complimentary follow-up. This appointment must be booked for a day that is within 7 days of your original appointment. All sales are final.

 

 

OUTSIDE CLIENT FILLS

 

If you currently have extensions applied by another lash artist and want to book an appointment, I will need to physically see your lashes. If your existing lash extensions are in good condition, and work from your previous artist is similar to my own, it is possible for me to fill them.

 

Please note: Your current lash extensions may require a removal + full set so that I can ensure optimal health for your natural lashes and lash line. When booking please schedule a Full Set so that we have the appropriate time together.
